If winning her third professional event as an amateur last week at the ripe old age of 15 wasn't enough, Lydia Ko put herself in position to win her fourth at the ISPS Handa Australia Open.
Lydia Ko's record-breaking start to the Australian Open in Canberra today had playing partner and world No.1 Yani Tseng reaching for the superlatives as the Kiwi teen surged to the outright lead.The truly impressive part about Lydia's 63 was she bested playing partners Yani Tseng by five strokes and Michelle Wie by 11.
