2 years since I previously play. Big improvement, greens were the best I've seen on this course over the last 15 years, true putts. A little TLC to fairways and sandtraps would push this public course up to 4 stars. Lots of debrie on course, leaves, sticks and branches. More sand in the bunkers.

Front nine is traditional with tree-lined fairways. Back 9 more of a links style, but downwind from a water treatment facility.
