(Marsh Oaks) The terrain is flat with areas of heavy forest mixed with open grassland. Many small ponds and swampy areas, often not obvious from the tee.
There are a number of holes where the driving area is extremely tight. Accuracy is a must.
On the day we played, the course was in reasonable shape for mid-summer but a bit beat up. The carts paths have lots of potholes. The bunkers are a bit rough around the edges. They need to do a bit more pro-active maintenance.
