Tulsa native and notable architect Randy Heckenkemper redesigned both courses here (Floyd Farley did the original designs that opened in 1960). The regulation-length course features several water hazards, while the par-3 course is lighted and open until 11:00 p.m. from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

LaFortune Park is owned and operated by the County of Tulsa, so it is very much open to the public. The walking rate for the long course is $24; the green fee for the par-3 course is $13.
