My Experience: Early Fall play. Pace was abit behind, but not at the courses fault. Scenery was typical New England Fall, with the colorful foliage, on and OFF the trees.
Overall a great and affordable course, fairways were green, greens were balanced, and tee boxes were manicured well.
I will definitiely play it again.
