River Ridge Golf Course is an 18-hole course that opened in 199 with a design by Charles Rustici. The first three holes play through a former apple orchard, while the other 15 play roll and tumble over hilly terrain. Water is in play only on holes 11 and 17, although views of the Quinebaug River to the west are available on much of the closing nine.

The standard walking rates are $35 on weekdays, $42 on weekends (carts are $17/person). Sliding twilight rates are available, as are season passes.
