Course was in very good shape. Green side bunkers sand was very good. Greens are "green" but too thick. Only downside. Actually a very nice day . . . pace was good took only 3:40. Not bad.

Fairways very poorly maintained when compared to other courses in the area that I played. Greens were like putting on an asphalt road, never knew which way the ball was going to "bounce" next.

This is one of those diamond in the rough golf courses. Has enough of everything so that you have a great day. A course to take a out of towner to just grip it and rip it. It's not pretty as Red Hawk or Oak Querry but sometimes golf is more than just looks.
