course has come a long way. well kept fairways, greens. one of my favorites.

Very well maintained. Good sand in bunkers, firm, well cut fairways, smooth quick greens. The prior owners let the place get run down. The new ownership have turned the place into a very nice layout.

Upkeep and maintenance have drastically improved in the past year. All green-side bunkers have been redone and fairway bunkers are approximately 50% redone. Much better than it used to be. Typical golf community with little scenery.

Course conditions were a little "rough" around the edges. Some fairways were a liitle sparse. I would have expected better conditions thisearly in the season.
