I drove from Hope Mills (about45 mins.) to play Cypress Creeek. First impressions was not so hot. The parking lot is an open area under some trees. it was very much park where you can. When I got inside to pay I found that they are a cash only operation, but it was only $16.00 for 18 and a cart. The course is actually not bad. it is short but laid out well. The front is wide open but exposes you to some stiff breezes. the back winds through woods and wetlands.One thing I found a challenge was an animal feed plant nearby that gave off some pretty rank odors, but for the money definately worth another drive.
