Good value - I played 18 today for under $40, with cart. It's just over 6,000 yards from the back tees (blue), par 70. Lots of mature trees and water, so it's attractive, but it's also quite tight and a good test of how you can hit it straight. When you reach #12, the board warns that you're about to play 5 tough holes - very true! Rated a bit low b/c facilities are lacking (but improving).
