The reason this charming course has the word "Meridian" in the name is because the Prime Meridian runs through the 14th fairway here. In fact, players cross the Prime Meridian seven times during a normal round. The course was designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clark, and includes greens built to the USGA's tri-layer spec -- perhaps most notably, the three-tired green at #5. The course is located west of Cambridge on the B1046.

Visitors and societies are welcome all week, including use of the practice area and clubhouse. Standard adult visitor walking rates on weekdays are £22/round and £35/day, while weekends are £28/round and £48/day. Memberships are also available.
