The layout is a bit on the resort side being a bit more open and less trouble while seeming to play longer. A bit bland but still ok. Course is in good shape for spring, but drainage could be better.

I'll try to keep this as positive as possible.
Pro's: the course is located in a gorgeous part of the Niagara Peninsula. the tee boxes are very large & the greens are not potted with ball marks. the course is likely challenging to the average bogie golfer. the cart GPS is very helpful. the cart girl is the definition of "eye candy" and has a breathtaking smile.
Cons: the course has a huge drainage problem. it rained lightly 2 days ago and there was standing water everywhere (bunkers, rough, even fairways) and the tee boxes were even soggy. i called the course the day before to confirm that they had a range, which they confirmed, but they didn't feel it necessary to tell me that it's been closed for 2 days = poor customer service. the carts didn't have windshields or covers, so if you plan on playing in "questionable" weather, be prepared to get wet.
All that being said, I'll probably go back next SUMMER and score a twilight rate to see if my opinion changes.

Course is very dry with poor detailed maintenance. On course service is great.
