This course was privately owned when it opened in 1980 as part of a residential development, but Campbell County purchased the course in 1989, so now it is open to the public. The 18-hole course is now augmented by a 9-hole, par-3 layout, a grass-tee practice range, a putting green, and even a practice sand bunker.

The standard 18-hole walking rate here is $35; carts are $15.
