Nice layout but greens need some work. It is a tight line course so being in play off the tee is important. Played on a Sunday afternoon and finished in just at 4 hours so pace of play is good.

The fairways were in good to great condition. However the greens were in horrid shape. The shop told us they had just aerated them. I have seen/ played a number of courses were the green had been just aerated and never saw any in this condition.
