First time round this track and my score would benefit from further rounds. Overall, nice greens faster than i usually play on, the pins were tucked away which meant aiming for the middle of the green. Generous fairways suit the longer hitter. Staff were accommodating as i turned up as a one ball and fitted me in with three members who were all good fun to be around. Recommend this course plus the hotels glorious.

The course is very (too) long and I was not overly impressed with its layout or condition. It probably suits the lower handicapper more than it did me (17.1) but overall the lack of bunkers or any landscaping makes it featureless and a boring walk.

Have now played this course 3 times in the matter of 9 months, and it gets better every time. Well worth the trip from Cromer. Greens and fairways are very good this course can only get better.

Played Luton Hoo in May 2013 was impressed with the greens, rolled very well considering the times of year i played it. Front nine was v tough, wind really plays a big part whilst playing this 'unprotected and open' part of the course, Green fees are a bit steep for a course that needs time to grow however keep an eye out for cheap online deals
Will play again but maybe not off the Blue tees and hope for a less windy day, The rough is not very long but is very thick and uneven. The fairways are great try staying on them

Difficult to work out the way from car park to clubhouse! Unfriendly staff in the pro shop. A golf course without bunkers! May be quite a good course in the future but right now far too open. Many staked young trees and water hazards not filled up completely. May be one for the future, but many nicer courses in the area.

I've played Luton Hoo twice now in the last two years. Both rounds took over five hours ... due to a few groups in front on my group playing so slowly and not being prepared to wave groups through. Quite a nice course for such a young course. I wish they could speed up play ... then I would play more often.

Played 2 rounds, whilst staying at the mansion. Grand surroundings but well catered for the golfer. With great amenities. Forgiving fairways and excellent greens. Varied holes but a bit exposed on half of the course, just breaking the 100 mark and got 95 & 96 so well chuffed. Go back again? Definately.

Played Luton Hoo in December 2008 and again March 2010, was impressed with the greens, rolled very well considering the times of year i played it. Front nine was v tough, wind really plays a big part whilst playing this 'unprotected and open' part of the course, whereas the course changes on the back nine with far more mature trees and making it a fairly attractive course. If you live in the area, its definitely worth a go, not sure its worth travelling over 30 miles for though.
