Looks like a simple flat course. Lots of dog legs and surprises. Great Sporty course, reminds you how time spent on the range should be directional review vs. warming up.

Beautiful course on a beautiful setting. Only military course more scenic is Kaneohe Klipper. Always look forward to playing Sea N Air. Back nine along the ocean is stellar. Staff is very easy going and starter offered my dad a pull cart with his rentals for free.

This was a really good day. We were able to get on the course early and as a weekday we were able to pretty much finish in great time. The course has several really beautiful holes that follow the shoreline. The greens were surprisingly fast and true. I would recommend this course to anyone able to play.

best play of golf in San Diego.
problems are access to military base.
All abilities play on SAT/SUN. Play during the week and 4 HRS.
Prevailing winds are up. WAY UP in the afternoon. It is on the island/beach/water with little to obstruct the weather. Built many holes on the approach to the military runway.
Roar of jets on takeoff.
beautiful beach and sunbathers on 13 14 15. As nice or better than torrey.

Pace of play extremely slow.
Front nine greens in horrible shape or not maintained.
I think the seaside back nine can allow them to get away with poor maintenance.

Good golf course...fun to play and scenic....slow play is its downfall, even on weekdays.
