This parkland-style course opened in 1925 and was purchased for public use by the City of Tukwila in 1978; the city's Parks & Recreation Department took over operation of the course in 1990. It is a revenue enterprise, so no tax money is used to maintain the course. After a major ($5 million) remodel in 2004, the facility now has a 15,000 square-foot clubhouse, including a 1,200 sq-ft pro shop, an instruction studio with up-to-date equipment, meeting and banquet rooms for up to 200 guests, an outdoor patio, and a restaurant.

The standard walking rates are $29 weekdays and $34 weekends.

Nice municipal course. SLOW greens; shaggy and not very good rolling. Conditions elsewhere on the course are good. Exceptional value for what you get.

Very wet during the winter months.

Number 8 at 224 yards, is too long for most weekend golfers to be a par 3, especially with water along the right side.
