Architect William Overdorf designed this course, which opened in 1993 as "Homestead Farms." The resort advertises as having the only par-5 in the state of Washington with an island green.

The standard visitor rates are $45 weekdays and $55 weekends, although junior, senior, and sliding twilight rates are available.
