Opened in 1968, Elliot Golf course is located "inside the curve" of Interstate 90, within the city limits of Cherry Valley, near the hotel/motel district east of Rockford.

Rated 3.5 stars by Golf Digest, Elliot GC plays to 6,433 yards and includes a lighted practice range which is open evenings. The course was named after Earl F. Elliot, a long-time director of the Rockford Park District.
