Nice place to play. Tight par 3's small FAST greens. Bring your best approach shots and best putting game!

Played the White/Woodlands course.
Old school course. Lots of rolling fairways. Most holes are fairly straight, no real dog legs or shots the required much strategy or imagination. Many of the greens are are level with the fairways.
Maintenance - Fairways were firm, rough areas were thin and sometimes bare. Greens were in good shape. Fast and firm, rolling true. Bunkers were OK for the most part. Some looked as thought they could be freshened up some.
Played in an outing, pace of play could not be evaluated.
Hospitality - Staff was on hand to unload clubs at bag drop. No bev cart service on the day I played. Bar and wait staff was friendly.
Value - Played late season with a cart for $22. Considering the condition, I felt it was in line. I would say $30-40 during summer would be about fair.
I was a bit let down on condition and design. 440 yd Par 4 is too long for white tees. Course should probably be par 71 for the yardage not 70. I think the greens could be updated a little by elevating them from the fairway a little.
OK course but not overly exciting.
