This parkland-style course, formerly known as Manchester Golf & Country Club, opened with nine holes in 1927. In 2000, new owner Chip Hughes opened the course to the public and designed nine new holes, bringing the course to a full eighteen. Since then, the course has changed hands twice; the new "Pin Oaks" name came along in 2011.

Locals describe this as having well-watered fairways and fast, small greens. The clubhouse can host parties and events of up to 400 people. The course is located just south of the Jefferson Road exit off U.S. Highway 20.
