Timberline Golf Course, an 18 Hole Public Golf Course in the rolling hills of Dubuque County, is spread over 240 acres of land. The spacious course provides room for trees, water hazards and wildlife to roam. Four ponds and two creeks come into play on eight holes. In addition, the greens are large and undulating, so three putts are fairly common. Water hazards come into play at least four times, and the last four holes are so difficult they earned the nickname "Demon's Run."

Spectacular elevation changes are prevalent throughout the course and provide some breathtakingly beautiful scenery.
