Links type golf course. More maintenance needed on greens.Bunkers need to have more sand in them - they were hard, like a waste area similar to courses in Arizona.

worth the recently lowered rates

not as fast greens as years ago.
maintenance is lacking.

Nice links style but the turf is often hard. It's a natural layout so design intricacies are lacking. Challenging course, good golf, not the most attractive fairways.
