This course is owned and operated by the Township of Toms River, and opened in 1969 with a design by Hal Purdy. The course features water hazards (lakes and streams) on multiple holes, wide fairways, and both sand- and grass-faced bunkers.

The standard non-resident walking rates are $36 weekdays and $40 weekends (carts are $16/person). Discounts are available for twilight play, seniors, and for residents / certified taxpayers of Toms River Township.
