Absolutely incredible condition! Fairways were immaculate, greens perfect, little windy on back nine but great. In fact, course was so nice didn't care that I only saw beverage cart once and the person was pretty rude. So what, played and awesome course.

Played there in September, 2011. Loved the course but it needed a little more maintenance than it was getting. Hospitatlity a little lacking as well.

Agreed with the previous post. Great layout and terrible maintenance. Would not return until they improve.

Understand that NM is currently going through a historic drought period, but the greens and tee boxes were not good at all. Courses in Las Cruces were in much better shape. Fairways were rather thin too. If the carts did not have GPS, easily a 1-star value.

The course is in pretty bad shape due to the lack of rain/snow this past winter.
