This scenic 27-hole course on Observation Hill overlooks the Duluth harbor and is near the Enger Park observation tower. This is one of two 27-hole courses owned and operated by the City of Duluth; Lester Park GC is located on the north end of the city. As of 2015, both courses will be managed by Billy Casper Golf.
