The course was very green after lots of rain in March 2020. the fairways very nice but rough was like playing in a US Open. Smaller greens that will challenge your approach shots.

Tees and greens are in good shape. Traps and bunkers are a mixed bag -- 1/4 inch of nice sand on top of hard clay. If you play in the morning be prepared for a soggy course!

The ducks and other birds are eating the fairways bare! Really sucks to have a drive sitting in the fairway only to realize it is sitting on bird poop and a tight lie!

A couple fairways need to be taken care of a little due to the ducks. Needing new carts (or ay least new batteries). Mine also didn't make the turn before needing another cart.
