END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and SkyHawke Technologies, LLC ("Licensor"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this License Agreement, and you agree that this License Agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. This License Agreement applies in connection with your use of and access to SkyGolf and/or SkyGolf 360 accounts and in connection with the SkyCaddie® GPS range finder and accessories. You acknowledge and agree to this License Agreement by clicking the "ACCEPT" button, and by proceeding with either the creation of a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account or the download and installation of any software in connection with either a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account or a SkyCaddie® device, whether from the Internet, disks, CD-ROM, or any other media. Any and all software (including any embedded software, drivers, enhancements, revisions, downloads, modifications or updates), documentation and any fonts, whether on disk, in read only memory, on any other media or in any other form, that either came with your SkyCaddie® device or is downloaded or provided in connection with a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account (collectively, the "SkyGolf Software" or "Software") are licensed, not sold, to you by Licensor for use only under the terms of this License Agreement, and Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. (As used in this License Agreement, "SkyGolf Software" and "Software" includes, but is not limited to, SkyGolf course maps and the components thereof, and any separate reference to SkyGolf course maps is for clarity or emphasis purposes.
About 39* at tee off. Felt warmer than that. Almost empty course. No wind and overcast but it brightened up at the turn. Sun popped out for several holes. Seemed like almost everything I hit was pure. Drives striped and irons crisp. Putter was hot. Putting for bird almost every hole. Par 5's playing shorter than card says for winter and can be hit in 2 with two hard hits. They are like par 4 1/2.

Pitch to 15'.2putt. 9. Dr smashed over hill on L. Perfect. 3wd R side but good. Chip to 1'. Bird. 10. Dr down middle. 7i to 1'. 11. Dr to R. 3wd to R of green. Chip to 3'. 12. Dr pop up to L. Long 5wd short. Chip/2 putt. 13. PW to fringe. putt to 2'. 14. Dr draw to FW. Long. Smell birdie. Lousy LW to 20'. 3 putt. 15. 8i draw at pin. 5' bird. 16. Hard dr R. 3wd to short right of green. LW punch to 1' Bird 17. Dr hammered down R side. Punch 7i barely makes green. 30 footer. 2 putt. 18. Pop up to FW. 5wd to short R. Chip checkes up and leaves 15'. 2 putt.
Won't see that for awhile. Decided to play front again.
