END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and SkyHawke Technologies, LLC ("Licensor"). You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this License Agreement, and you agree that this License Agreement is enforceable like any written negotiated agreement signed by you. This License Agreement applies in connection with your use of and access to SkyGolf and/or SkyGolf 360 accounts and in connection with the SkyCaddie® GPS range finder and accessories. You acknowledge and agree to this License Agreement by clicking the "ACCEPT" button, and by proceeding with either the creation of a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account or the download and installation of any software in connection with either a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account or a SkyCaddie® device, whether from the Internet, disks, CD-ROM, or any other media. Any and all software (including any embedded software, drivers, enhancements, revisions, downloads, modifications or updates), documentation and any fonts, whether on disk, in read only memory, on any other media or in any other form, that either came with your SkyCaddie® device or is downloaded or provided in connection with a SkyGolf or SkyGolf 360 account (collectively, the "SkyGolf Software" or "Software") are licensed, not sold, to you by Licensor for use only under the terms of this License Agreement, and Licensor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. (As used in this License Agreement, "SkyGolf Software" and "Software" includes, but is not limited to, SkyGolf course maps and the components thereof, and any separate reference to SkyGolf course maps is for clarity or emphasis purposes.
50* and 5-10 mph breeze. Comfortable. Annual Veteran's day outing. I couldn't play last year for injury. Played w/Charlie, Jeff and Larry. Same course I butchered in our Ryder Cup event couple months ago. First let me say I am not a fan of this course. Layout just doesn't suit me. Lots of trouble out here but I managed to avoid most. However, conditions perfect from tee to green. I have a tough time reading these greens. Got it somewhat together after first several holes. A recap is in order.
1. Drive hit hard down R side headed OB but hit guardrail along road and back in play. Super lucky break. SW on and 3 putt. Bogey. 2. Drive popped up R. Two duffed 3 wds and 5 wd put me on. 4 putt. Triple. 3. Drive into fw bunker. AW over green. Chip on and 2 putt bogey. Five over already. 4. 7i to 3'. Bird. 5. Drive to center fw. 3wd to 100 yds. PW on. 2 putt par. 6. 6i hit pin and lay 5" from hole. Bird. 7. Drive hard to center FW. LW to 10'. Bird. 8. Drive to fw. AW on and 2 putt par. 9. 3WD to edge of fw. 5 wd left pin high. 3 putt bogey.
Salvaged a 3 over 39 from crappy start.
10.Drive crushed to R rough. 3 wd to 80 yds. Lob on. 2 putt par. 11.8i L pin high. Lob on. 1 putt par. 12.Drive to R rough but deep. Lob to 10'. 2 putt par. 13.Drive to center fw. PW on. 2 putt par. 14. Drive crushed over R fw bunker just off fw. SW to 6'. Bird. 15. Drive down L side. 8i on and 3 putt. Bogey. 16.8i downhill rolled on. 70' from pin. 3 putt bogey. 17.Drive hard to center fw. Aw rolled off back 1' in rough. Lousy chip and 2 putt. Bogey. 18.Drive smashed to L fw. 190 to front pin. Water L and bunker R. 5 wd did not cut enough and sent into bunker. Blast out to 5'. 2 putt par.
