Had to be an idiot to go out today. Called Charlie about 0800 and more or less dared him to come out. He said let's go or was I scared. Damn!
Teed off at noon. About 40* and cold winds sustained at 25 and gusting to 45. Horrible. But we were prepared. Cart cover and heater. Nice. Jump out long enough to get some sort of read and let it go. Sounds somewhat reasonable but wait.
Propane tank died on hole 7. It didn't take long to loose touch with my finger tips. Quickly down hill from there.
You're crazier than I am. There is no freakin' way I would have even thought about playing yesterday, even if I was physically able to and hadn't played in a month. That wind was bad. How the hell did you hit any greens? Must have been about a 4 club wind when going into it. I guess I should assume your GIRs were the downwind ones!
