Started at 57*, 5-10 mph wind and raining. Course is soaked from recent ice and rain event. Ponds frozen over.
Played OK. That's it. Another front moved thru on hole 12 and wind was howling. Temps dropped 20*. Game quickly disappeared.

DougEly says:Yes, it was balmy this morning. So, I figured I'd give it a shot myself today. Did not expect that front to come through. That was wicked. I decided to start out by walking the back nine to help me stay warm (and get some exercise now that my leg is feeling better). By the time I went out it was going on 2 pm. It was "blowin' like stink" as we sailors say. Ball blew off the tee twice and one ball on the green just took off as I was standing over it to line it up. We had some gusts over 40 mph, for sure. I was having a hard time thinking. Started 4,5,5,7,4,3, and then couldn't take it anymore and headed for my car. An 83 in those conditions ain't too bad. I just give you credit for getting in the whole 18. I was too much of a wimp.
