A little windy. Swing feels off a bit. Not by much, but enough that my confidence is not as high as it has been lately. Something isn't right. Tempo I think, but can't place my finger on it. Played well, had many great shots, but was more surprised when I hit good ones instead of expecting to as when my confidence is up. Guess I shouldn't complain.
Made a 20 foot, downhill 90-degree breaker for bird on ninth. Holed out with a flop after missing right of green on 14th for another bird. I even fist pumped. (Wanted to make sure all my buddies up in the bar that overlooks the 14th knew I made the flop for a hole-out.) Then on 15th, hit 7i off the tee to 2 feet for another bird. Should have scored better with all those birds. Maybe the wind was in my head. Better figure it out, playing a match against two guys tomorrow.
