After much back discomfort resulted in a terrible round yesterday, I was surprisingly pain-free today and played fairly well. However, ballstriking is not quite as good as it was a few weeks back. Had a few miscues, but overall a decent day.
Was working on getting more powerful hip rotation, which resulted in some not great drives when I over-rotated. When I got to the back nine, I stopped working the hips so much and just let it happen naturally and began bombing the ball again. Guess I'll save the extra hip-rotation thoughts for the range, until I can get it incorporated to the point where it works more organically....just like every other little addition that has worked, which was incorporated into the swing. It's a process. Can't force it.
